ML Engineering Lead (LLM Ops)

You will lead the operational lifecycle of Neko Health's large language models and GenAI systems, owning deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and iteration of ML workflows across medical device use cases within a regulated QMS environment. This requires expertise in production ML systems, LLM evaluation, regulated software environments, and ability to work across clinical, regulatory, firmware, and hardware domains.
